Paramount Fresh has provided food service support for recognized national brands, including Cracker Barrel and Johnsonville Sausage, and maintains contract-feeding partnerships with Catholic institutions through the Diocese. The company has also supported high-profile live events, including catering for Lyle Lovett at the Majestic Theatre, demonstrating the ability to perform in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

SHANNON BRANCH

Shannon Branch attended the University of Oklahoma before moving to Dallas in 1998 to follow his passion for the restaurant business. When Shannon started in the restaurant business 25 years ago, his goal was to open his own restaurant in which he has achieved multiple times. Opening Dallas staples such as Nick & Sam's and Truluck's to world-renowned hotels as Hotel Zaza and The Ritz-Carlton helped lead to his success. Working in these venues gave him the opportunity to work with the area's top chefs including Dean Fearing, Stephen Pyles, Avner Samuel and Graham Dodds among others.
